You need a kangaroo leash or an article bag, but there are none on the site for purchase?!? Many years of braiding leads and collars have resulted in wear and tear of my hands and wrists. So, while I do braid often, I do not have them listed on the website. All braiding and article bag orders are handled via a waiting list, as time (and my wrists) allow. If you would like to be placed on the wait list (no commitment on your part!), please email me for price information. Cost of kangaroo items vary, depending on length, strand count, beads, braided buttons, etc. If you are unsure, we would be happy to help you decide the best combination for your item.
We realize that you have options when it comes to where you purchase your dog's equipment and we appreciate your time looking through our website. Due to the custom nature of all of our products. All items are non-refundable. However, we stand behind the workmanship of our products and will work with you if there are any issues.
Shipping and Handling costs:
Our current, standard method of shipping is US Postal Service - Priority Mail. This has allowed us to keep our shipping prices low, while minimizing the in transit time for most of our items to two to three days.
All regular orders will be charged an $8.00 shipping and handling charge. Orders which require larger boxes may be an additional charge. For example, heavier orders (for example - multiple prong collars) may have a higher shipping charge, up to $15.00. Shipping on bags (article or general purpose) start at $10.00 due to the size of box needed.
Unfortunately, because of where I live now, I do not have easy access to either UPS or FedEx.
We are currently NOT shipping out of the United States.
